Can I use images of Disney homemade cakes on my website?
I put up your own catering business and hope to some photos of my products on a website, but some of my products include rice paper or ice, etc. cake toppers with Disney characters in them, I'm breaking rules of copyright, by showing the pictures that show these images of Disney?
The opinion of myself, but I'd say that's Fine. If they sold pots and overlapping images, then this would be another story but to show and sell the bread should be good. Also, if you bought recoveries later would be covered by some form of copyright agreement between the company and Disney. Also, if you violate a law of copyright, aged about one million other people doing exactly the same thing. Just do a Google search for Cake Disney Characters and see thousands of sites doing the same thing. Disney obviously can not sell pies at the local level, so I doubt that such care. Good luck in your business.
