How do I create such a Swarovski snowflake pendant Cake Toppers i see?

I like how they look, and I myself. I make jewelry, so I think I'd do that. They are so expensive to buy from a retailer. It has about 8-10 son of money that are slightly curved at different heights, hangs a pendant of Snowflake extremes. Has anyone done one of these?
